The Apoyo set of moths is unlocked once a player reaches a Flutterpedia Score of 250.
The Apoyo set's moths need to be unlocked by collecting Social Points. To collect these, you must have unlocked the Friends sections by reaching a Flutterpedia Score of 250. Individual moths are unlocked at social levels 10, 20, 30, and 40.
Apoyo flowers can be obtained by feeding Trevor and the Bee Fly.

For hatching and raising every moth of the Apoyo set to adult at least once, you'll be rewarded with the Bitter Oyster Mushrooms Decoration

. For perfecting it, you'll get the Deluxe Bitter Oyster Mushrooms Decoration
